I have specialized in personal income tax preparation and Business services since 2008. Prior to making a career change into the tax world, I had a career as a Technical Trainer for Customer Service Call Centers for over 17 years.  I worked with companies such as Prudential, Aetna and Kaiser Permanente.  Working with Stakeholders and subject matter experts, I mastered the art of knowledge transfer, instructor lead training, long distance learning and developing E-Learning modules.  This experience gives me an edge as I apply these same principles of turning something potentially complicated into information that is easy to understand.  I have also been an entrepreneur since 1991 in the network marketing and direct sales industry.  Having started a home based business in 1991 I had my share of failures and successes. I understand first hand what it takes to start a business spare time and transition to a full time income.  As I have traveled around the country doing speaking engagements specifically to the Direct Sales and Network Marketing Industry, I have mastered the art of recruiting sales organizations from a tax perspective.  My passion for Customer Service, Professional Excellence, training and education is what sets me apart from the rest.  I understand how to leverage technology to make processes easier and strive to make you feel like your not just a client but a member of a family.
